Henry George and Richard Douglas each have more than twenty years in domestic and international financial business as founding partners or heads of companies.

Having worked with foreign and offshore banks and their customers on complex and exotic financial transactions, they are authorities on legal and illegal alternative finance mechanisms. They have personally experienced the necessity for comprehensive due diligence on people, companies, and contract language. They have a complete understanding of the challenges involved in funds recovery faced by those who failed to perform such due diligence.

Their knowledge and experience is shared with law enforcement and business owners pursuing stolen or misappropriated funds or trying to perform due diligence on financial schemes that are outside mainstream finance.

Messrs. Douglas and George both know the value of offering due diligence, fraud investigations, and financial asset recovery under one roof. During a meeting in early 2002, they decided to merge their individual experience and resources into the formation of G2.

G2 is most often called upon to perform due diligence, financial asset recovery and financial fraud/criminal act investigations. Additionally, the company offers world-class expertise in a number of related fields.

Cyber law and technology issues are so increasingly integral to business and finance that any company in the investigatory/urgent response field must have leading experts in what is generally called "InfoSec," or Information Security. This includes technicians who perform cyber-research and other technical functions, plus experts who guide G2 and its clients through the often confusing maze of laws regarding privacy, corporate best practice obligations, insurance, and similar issues.

G2 offers Information Security Architects who design and implement the overall systems corporations need to stay in compliance with new and upcoming regulations, avoiding internal problems and outside intrusion.

While G2 is not in the security guard business, its close affiliation with a number of recently retired U.S. Secret Service agents, including several from the Presidential Protection Detail allows G2 to offer Executive Protection on a level afforded Heads of State. This includes electronic sweeps and advance setup of corporate venues as well as armed personal protection from the very best.

G2 calls upon other former federal agents to provide services in the private sector such as polygraph exams. However, rather than merely brokering a service. G2 makes use of its related expertise and experience such as what the client needs to know regarding employee rights, privacy and other legal, insurance, and corporate issues.
